There’s something about fall that makes comfort food and cozy drinks taste even better. At Johnny D’s, we’re excited to roll out our new seasonal specials alongside some of the brunch dishes and cocktails that guests keep coming back for again and again.


🍂 The Return Everyone’s Been Waiting For


Back by very popular demand — the Pumpkin Waffle is here! Every year, guests ask us when it’s coming back, and the excitement never slows down. House made fluffy pumpkin-spiced waffle layers are drizzled with cream cheese icing and a rich caramel swirl for that perfect mix of cozy, sweet, and decadent. If fall had a signature dish at Johnny D’s, this would be it.

It’s more than a waffle — it’s a tradition our guests can’t wait to indulge in, and the wait is finally over.

This year’s Fall Favorites Menu also introduces a dish that truly captures the season:


Autumn Harvest Omelet – This omelet is like nothing you have ever tasted. Filled with unexpected flavors that keep your taste buds wanting more. Warm, fluffy eggs wrap around roasted root vegetables for a sweet-savory bite, while pumpkin seasoning and a hint of paprika bring the cozy spice of fall. Gooey melted Gouda ties everything together, and a drizzle of tangy-sweet maple mustard adds just the right pop of brightness.

Spiced Pomegranate Mimosa – Effervescent champagne meets the tart burst of pomegranate, nutty Amaretto and balanced by a lightly spiced cinnamon-sugar rim.


Pear & Ginger Mimosa – Juicy pear and zesty ginger give this mimosa a crisp snap that feels both refreshing and warming at once.

Reuben Omelet – All the classic Reuben flavors — melty Swiss, tangy sauerkraut, savory corned beef — tucked into a fluffy omelet with a drizzle of Thousand Island. Finished with a touch of Smoked Sea Salt, enhancing each bite.

Twisted Cuban Sandwich – Layers of tender pork shoulder bacon, ham, melty Gouda, crisp pickles, and maple mustard on toasted baguette. Bold, hearty, and satisfying.

Of course, fall is also the perfect time to revisit some of our most-loved brunch staples:


  • Huevos Rancheros – Crispy tortillas topped with Guacamole, Feta, Corn & Black Bean medley, Pickled Onions and Smoky Chipotle Sauce, topped 2 Sunny Up Eggs, with Chili Oil and a touch of Smoked Sea Salt.


  • Chef’s Monte Cristo – Sweet, savory, and decadent — Pork Shoulder Bacon, Local Peach Pepper & Ginger Jam and Cheddar cheese tucked into golden French Toast, topped with a Fried Egg, dusted with Powder Sugar and Crack Black Pepper.


  • Pork Belly Garden Bowl – A rustic mix of roasted root vegetables topped with Gouda Cheese, Pickled Onions, our House Made Pork Belly, Scallions and Avocado, topped with and Sunny-Side Eggs. Finished with a drizzle of Hot Honey.


  • Street Corn Omelet - Filled with a medley of Corn, Black Beans, Onions, Peppers and Tomatoes, topped with Feta Cheese, Avocado, Pickled Onions, Scallions, drizzled with Chipotle Sauce and Hot Honey.


  • Smokey Maple Benedict – Maple Mustard seasoned Roasted Tomatoes, Bacon, Pickled Onions, Fresh Spinach, creamy Hollandaise, and sprinkled with Smoked Sea Salt. A smoky-sweet twist on the classic.


  • Fried Green Tomatoes – Tangy Green Tomatoes, dipped buttermilk and tossed in our house-made Seasoned Breader and fried to golden crisp perfection. Served with a zesty Cajun Remoulade that adds just the right kick.
